Implementor of transformative solutions to leave this community better than I found it. Monique4Maryland serves the community through education and healthcare-focused programs and initiatives to improve quality of life outcomes for children and families. As an experienced elected leader, I developed coalitions to impact economic development, job expansion, food and housing access, and infrastructure equity in the areas of transit and water control. Additionally, my coalitions with non-profits have yielded safety on our roadways, brought exposure and empowerment opportunities to our youth, and advocacy and awareness of the critical need for expansion of green space to bring expansion of food production, as well as mitigate flooding and overheating in communities.
